Ross is pleased to announce the recent hire of Bill Bissonette as Industrial Storage Sales Engineer for Dexco® Structural Racking products. Based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Bill will handle accounts in the Midwest and Great Lakes regions.
Dexco products, manufactured by Ross, include heavy-duty cantilever, coil, die, and pipe racks manufactured with wide flange I-beams and engineered using AISC standards for bridges and buildings. In his new role, Bill will provide technical support to material handling & equipment dealers and industrial manufacturers looking to optimize their operations with the latest in vertical storage and lift solutions.
With over 18 years of experience in the material handling industry, Bill can help operations professionals develop warehouse layouts and rack designs that deliver improvements in safety and efficiency while providing a solid return on investment.

With a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, Bill understands the importance of helping his customers achieve financial and organizational success. His previous work experience includes technical sales support of storage racks, automated storage and retrieval systems, and material handling software.
