Ross Industrial Storage Product Manager Rod Smay says, “Recent demand for heavy-duty storage solutions has spiked as companies realize that we can handle loads greater than they ever thought possible. Bringing Tracy on board allows us to offer our customers guidance in the field as they make critical decisions that impact their productivity and safety.”
Tracy is excited to be joining the Ross team and to be associated with Dexco products given their history and reputation in the industry. “I really enjoy tackling challenging projects and working closely with customers to develop innovative solutions. Having the ability to offer Dexco Racks allows me to get involved in projects that I’ve had to pass on throughout my career.”
With a BA in Business management from Worcester State University, Tracy understands the importance of helping his customers achieve financial success. His previous work experience includes roles in product design, project management, installation supervision and sales for companies like Interlake Mecalux, PeakLogix, Equipto and Automated Conveyor Systems.
Tracy is based out of his home office in Lynchburg, VA and will support heavy-duty industrial projects across the United States.
