Ross Industrial is looking for talented carbon steel MiG Welders to join our dynamic team. We’re seeking hardworking individuals who like meeting challenges and surpassing expectations. Your responsibilities will include following weld specifications for proper bead size and bead placement, quality verification and documentation of conformity to job specifications, using data acquisition devices (barcode scanners) to accurately record labor transactions, and maintaining equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
The successful candidate will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, install, and repair machines, and equipment in accordance with established manufacturing procedures to achieve efficiency, quality, and optimum production objectives. This position reports to the maintenance manager.
