One of the greatest benefits of ALGRIP products is that it is easily manufactured into finished components with common metal working tools and machinery. In creating the ALGRIP Slip Resistant product, we add material to mill supplied sheets and plates without changing the make-up of that product. This allows the pattern to be modified to meet the specific needs of our clients. 

Cutting, forming, welding and fabricating is easily performed in the same manner as before the ALGRIP process.  The added material (deposits) is CNC Laser applied and become harder than the substrate.  ALGRIP products are available in Carbon Steel , Stainless Steel , Aluminum and other alloy metals for structural applications, or in the in the alloy and thickness that you require.
